Vendor spaces are 12'x12' each and are priced at $20.00 per space. Your booth setup must fit in the 12'x12' space or additional space must be rented. Participants must have a fire-retardant tent. Generators with minimal noise levels may be acceptable but if your generator is deemed too loud by us, you may be requested to discontinue its use during the event. Sale of plants is not allowed at this event.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the festival, please note that registration applications are due as soon as possible and no later than August 31, 2024. Vendor spaces are limited, and registration will close once we reach capacity.

Vendors can start set up at 7:30am morning of and need to be set up by 9:00 when we open and start event.

DISCLAIMER: The undersigned has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by Duncheon's Nursery. The undersigned is also aware that there will be no refunds of entry fee if the "Fall Fling Festival" event is cancelled becuase of weather, circumstances beyond the control of the promoter. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duncheon's Nursery and all their officers, employees, representatives, directors, contractors or agents from and against all lieability (including personal injury, property damage and death) claims, suits, damages, levies, costs, losses and fees including attorney's fees arising out of or related to any of my activites as a result of participation in the "Fall Fling Festival" event.
